Dr Thet Lwin

Dr Thet (William) Lwin is a specialist general practitioner and fellow of Royal Australian College of General Practitioners with more than 11 years clinical experience. He finished his fellowship through Eastern Victoria GP Training. He also obtained Diploma of Child Health from Sydney Children’s Hospital at Westmead, Emergency Medicine Certificate from Australasian College of Emergency Medicine, and Certificate in Primary Care Skin Cancer Surgery. He has diverse clinical experience in – general medicine, chronic diseases, paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology, orthopaedics and mental health. He has special interest in Men’s health, Chronic disease management, Child health, Dermatology, Skin cancer surgery and all minor practice procedures.

She obtained the Diploma of Child Health from Sydney Children’s Hospital at Westmead in 2011. She has completed certificates in Primary Care Skin Cancer Surgery and Medicine in 2015.

Dr Rachel Lakemond

Rachel completed her medical training in Queensland in 2010 and completed her first two years of medical practice at the Mater Hospital in Brisbane. Rachel lived in the UK for 5 years from 2013 – 2017, where she obtained Membership of the Royal College of GPs (MRCGP) and on her return in 2017, Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of GPs (FRACGP). Rachel has completed the Diploma of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (UK).

Rachel enjoys seeing people of all ages and backgrounds, with simple and complex problems. She enjoys building a relationship with her patients and getting to know them as a whole person. Special interests include: Women’s Health, Sexual Health and family planning, Fertility assessment, Children’s Health, Chronic Health Care.

Her services are designed to help people with diabetes gain knowledge and the skills to manage their diabetes and wellbeing. She is passionate about providing professional care and evidence-based diabetes education to teens (age 17+) and adults living with diabetes.

Chanelle is a Registered Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia. She holds a Master of Clinical Psychology, and has clinical training and experience working in educational, clinical inpatient, community and private settings with individuals across the lifespan. She is currently employed as a psychologist with Peninsula Health, and is the founder/principal psychologist of The Mind Clan Psychology and Counselling. Chanelle has a special interest in supporting individuals with anxiety-related disorders, addictive behaviours, and those with trauma histories. Her therapeutic approach is highly individualised, warm, and empathetic. She values the importance of authentic therapeutic relationships, and uses a collaborative and reflective approach to empower her clients to facilitate their own change and build a life worth living.
